My name is Joseph, a seasoned Technology and CyberSecurity practitioner on a mission to protect the people you love most.
I have over 10 years of industry experience and a passion for friendly customer service.
I pride myself on bringing high level Cybersecurity topics down to earth,
allowing everyone to fully understand their security situation and the recommendations we provide.
All of our services and support is headquartered entirely out London Ontario, and only employ local Canadians.

What kind of Service Commitments do you offer?
We don't believe in locking clients into anything, so we mainly provide all services on a no contract month to month basis or one time service pricing.
Longer term contracts can be discussed for discounts. 🌞 -
Where are you based out of? Do you do home/business visits & consultations?
We are based out of the Forest City! 🌳London Ontario🌳, and love connecting with new and current clients! In person visits make it easier for clients to explain their needs, for us to adequately understand their concerns and get a full scope of the situation.
We mostly offer services for residential clients starting after regular business hours, since this is the bulk of when people are available.
For Business & Enterprise clients, special accommodations and scheduling will be made available that works for both parties.
We service London, St. Thomas, Middlesex County and surrounding regions. Please reach out to see if we can provide service to your region. 🌎 📍 -
Costs & Pricing Structure
For in-person tech support, we charge a flat $65 per hour for residential visits and $90 per hour for Businesses.
Residential clients that sign up for any of our protection plans will have their tech support fee waived if we are a good fit, and sign up for any of the subscription plans.
We offer commodity pricing for all backup services, utilizing the most cost efficient and reliable service providers.

What range of services do you offer?
Thanks for asking! We offer Residential & Business cyber safety training, which includes dry runs and campaigns to simulate phishing emails. We provide tools and training to keep staff and clients up to date on phishing and social engineering tactics, and explain how to spot and ignore these type of threats.
Backup Services include specific files/folder, entire computer/hard drive and NAS/Storage devices (if they have the capability) backups. We can schedule ongoing backups, incremental backups and snapshots.
We also provide IT infrastructure and Office 365 hardening/management services. This is for both residential & commercial clients.

Cancellation Policy and Security PromiseWe believe in transparency and mutual respect. While our protection plans are month-to-month with no long-term commitments, we require a 30-day notice for service cancellation to ensure a smooth transition of your security services.
